Emergency Communication (EMCOMM)

We may not have hurricanes in Bonner Co. but we do have other weather related problems, fires, volcanic ash, earthquakes, and potential hazmat related disasters.  Amateur radio is a valuable asset to every community.  If you are interested, Emergency Communication (EMCOMM) courses are available on-line through ARRL, check registration calandar and course descriptions. 

Bonner County ARES/RACES

Bonner County again has a local ARES/RACES group forming. More information can be found by going to www.bonnerares.org. You can also listen into their nets each Tuesday evening at 7:30 PM local time on the 147.230/444.075 Schweitzer Mtn. repeater.
